WACO, Texas — A grand jury has indicted another man in the Waco Biker Shooting bringing the total number of people indicted to 155.

Forty-four-year-old Glenn Walker is charged with engaging in organized criminal activity.

In May last year, two rival biker gangs got into a shoot-out at a Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco.

Nine people died, and 177 others were arrested.

Another man indicted on the same charge is set for trial next month.

He'll be the first defendant to have his case heard in court.
