WACO, Texas—A judge has set a January trial date in connection with the shootout outside a Waco restaurant between bikers and police.

More than 150 bikers were charged in the incident that left nine people dead at the Twin Peaks restaurant last year.

The Waco Tribune Herald reports James Rosas faces trial Jan. 23 on a charge of engaging in organized criminal activity. Rosas is the first of more than 150 indicted bikers to go to trial.
