The statement didn't indicate what actions of the officers the grand jury was asked to review. Ballistics reports seen by The Associated Press show that four of the people killed were struck by the same caliber of rifle fired by Waco police.

More than 150 bikers were indicted following the shootout on a charge of engaging in organized criminal activity.

--Shooting History:--

Members of the Bandidos, Cossacks and other clubs gathered at the Twin Peaks restaurant for a meeting about the political rights of bikers. Waco Police and SWAT were outside the restaurant when the shooting started and that is when officers also opened fire.

Authorities believe a turf war may have been a factor in the shootout. Following the shooting, 177 people were arrested and held for days or weeks on $1 million bonds on charges of engaging in organized criminal activity.

--What’s next:--

Currently, 38 of the bikers arrested after the shootout have yet to be indicted.
