SAN MARCOS, Texas — San Marcos Police say one man is dead and a woman is in custody after a car crash on Highway 21.
Officers say 21-year-old Shana Lee Elliott crossed the highway centerline and crashed into the car 24-year-old Kristian Nicole Gerrero was driving.
Gerrero's husband was killed.
Elliott was treated for injuries and then charged with one count of intoxication manslaughter and one count of intoxication assault.
