WACO, Texas -- Investigators are still piecing together all of the details surrounding one of the bloodiest brawls in Texas history involving bikers. The year since has left many more questions on police involvement and exactly who played a role the day of the shooting at Waco's Twin Peaks restaurant.

Local officials are keeping mum on any details thanks to a gag order issued by a local judge.

Here is what we do know for sure: Waco police arrested 177 bikers the day of the shooting, many of them on a $1 million bond.

Since then, all of them have been released on bond but 155 of them have been formally indicted by a local grand jury on charges of organized criminal activity – and if convicted, these individuals could face life in prison.

We caught up with an attorney who said Waco police acted inappropriately when they rounded up all of the bikers. He said it borders on unconstitutional.

Waco police said they were able to recover 470 weapons -- including as many as 150 firearms.
