TARRANT COUNTY -- A judge “tentatively” ordered Ethan Couch – known as the 'Affluenza Teen' who killed four people in a drunken driving accident – to nearly two years of jail time.

Ethan Couch was set to appear before a judge in Tarrant County Wednesday.

Though Couch was considered a juvenile until Monday when he turned 19, his case had already been transferred to the adult courts.

Couch was given 10 years of probation for the June 2013 accident that also left two people severely injured.

Couch and his mother Tonya fled to Mexico last December but both were extradited back to Texas.
