Housing prices are a touchy subject, getting more and more expensive in Austin — and it looks like 2015 is going to be more of the same.

"It is. We just published a story that actually projects that throughout the year, rental rates in Austin are going to rise about 4.5 percent," Austin Business Journal editor Colin Pope said. "We were hoping at this point that maybe we'd start to see the increases leveling off a bit."

More housing has gone up in the area, but builders just haven't been able to keep up with the city's growth.
