SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: For most people in urban areas, getting somewhere by bike means using the same streets as cars and other vehicles. Cities like Albany are trying to make that a little easier by adding designated bike lanes. But it's also important that everyone on the road -- bicyclists, drivers and even pedestrians -- knows and follows the rules. So the New York Bicycling Coalition makes public education a big part of its mission. Board President Leah Golby joins the show to explain more.
