RALEIGH, N.C. -- A Raleigh woman has been reunited with her dog after she says a dog walking service lost him.

  • Koda had been missing since Thursday.
  • The dog slipped off his leash in Brier Creek.
  • A "scent tracking" dog was brought in to help locate Koda.

Brooke Bingham says her dog, Koda, was on a walk with the Wag! dog walking company around 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the Alexander Townhome neighborhood in Brier Creek.

The walker said they were unlocking a door to return Koda when the dog got off his leash and ran away.

Bingham says Koda is the third dog in the country to be lost by the company.

She says Wag made flyers and sent a "scent tracking" dog out to help find Koda.
