SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: The annual Parade of Homes is always such a great way to see the latest trends when it comes to smart technology and modern amenities.

Nine brand new homes are on display in the hamlet of Jamesville in the town of Onondaga and you can see them from now through next Sunday.
