The Red Cross is providing aid to nine people following a multi-family home fire on Coffeen Street in Watertown Wednesday night.

A total of 6 adults and 3 children, ages 5, 10 and 12 were displaced by the fire and the Red Cross is providing financial assistance for things like shelter, food and clothing.

In addition, volunteers are giving emotional support, as well as comfort kits and stuffed animals for the kids.

Red Cross staff says they'll remain available for the families affected as they navigate the road to recovery.
