HANNIBAL, N.Y. — A man is dead following a one-car crash in the town of Hannibal.

Oswego County sheriff’s deputies were called to State Route 176 after reports of a single car accident just before 1:00 a.m.

Deputies say a pickup truck was traveling in the eastbound lane when it crossed over striking a tree and a metal fence eventually rolling over.

The driver of the vehicle, Timothy Manno, 23, of Fulton, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Deputies say road conditions were not a factor. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
