CHARLOTTE, N.C. – An article is sharing new bombshell allegations against Carolina Panthers owner, Jerry Richardson, by way of personal letters written by a former Panthers employee who is a woman.

It's been more than four months since the Panthers announced they were launching an internal investigation into allegations of workplace misconduct against Richardson. In scathing detail, a former Panthers worker calls for the taking down of the Richardson statue saying the team owner sexually assaulted and harassed her. She says looking at this statue makes her feel violated all over again.

In the Sports Illustrated article, the former Panthers employee pens personal letters to Richardson, head coach Ron Rivera, so-called team "enablers", Houston Texans owner Bob Mcnair and the NFL.

In the letter to Richardson, she says he would write her suggestive handwritten notes instructing her to get pampered before game-time, asking her if he was a father-figure in her life and he reportedly said, "If I could, I'd pamper you more. Rub your feet. Shave your legs. Put lotion on your body."

She goes on detailing a mid-week encounter at Richardson's stadium suite where she alleges, "I didn’t know what to do when you called me to your stadium suite in the middle of the week so you could take off my shoes, place my legs in your lap and rub their entire length, from toes to crotch."

"I think we've heard a lot from listeners that it validates what we read back in December. Others still want to defend Jerry and you’ll always have those folks, I think mostly.”

In her jabs at the NFL, this former employee calls their investigation a farce saying she was willing to cooperate with the investigation but law enforcement couldn't protect her from the penalties of breaching her non-disclosure agreement.
