SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The tragic fire on Fitch Street has taken another life.

According to Upstate University Hospital officials, 18-year-old Korinna DuBois died of injuries she suffered in Thursday's alleged arson. Michael DuBois, 16, and 45-year-old Susan Wagner died Saturday.

Hunter DuBois, a 1-year-old, died of his injuries Thursday.

According to court paperwork, there were two separate fires started in two different locations inside a home on Fitch Street Thursday morning around 3:15. Prosecutors allege that it was a family member, 20-year-old Charles Dubois, who set the fires, and then walked out of the home while his family was asleep.

Only one of the five people inside got out safely. Fire officials said there were no working smoke dectors inside the home.

Dubois' mom, two teenage siblings and 1-year-old nephew all had to be rescued and were initially resuscitated by firefighters. Two firefighters were also hospitalized, but have since been released.

Charles DuBois was arraigned Friday in Syracuse City Court, where he pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree arson and second-degree murder. According to the Syracuse Police, charges are being upgraded to include three new second-degree murder charges as well as a second-degree assault charge -- the latter connected to an injury a firefighter sustained in battling the blaze.

A date for arraignment on the new charges is unknown, according to police.

DuBois is being held without bail until his next court appearance.
