UTICA, N.Y. -- Almost 50 protesters rallied outside Utica City Court on Monday.

Members of the Indivisible Mohawk Valley group called on Congresswoman Claudia Tenney to support bipartisan legislation protecting special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation. Members said she needs to put her country above the Republican Party.

"Our current representative is minimizing the Russian interference with our election, and I don't understand anyone who would think that's OK -- let alone our Congressional representative," said Indivisible Mohawk Valley member Betsy Briggs.

Congresswoman Tenney's campaign manager said, "Despite months of investigation and no evidence of any collusion, the special counsel's investigation continues unimpeded. This group is a radical leftist organization who supports impeaching President Trump, regardless of what the facts are."
