SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Lisa Purvis and her family are calling for justice.

Former Onondaga County District Attorney investigator Peter Rauch was sentenced to 2 to 6 years for the hit-and-run crash that killed Seth Collier. But the 18-year-old's family says the punishment is not nearly enough.

Although it was the maximum sentence, Seth's loved ones can't help but feel the law is far too lax. They say until a change is made, more and more injustices will occur.

As they struggle to move forward, the family plans to lobby for harsher punishment in the months to come. They hope to call the legislation "Seth's Law" not only in his honor but to keep his memory alive.
