SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: It's not every day you get to sit down with local politicians. More than a dozen students at Jefferson Community College got the chance to do just that Monday. They met Congresswoman Elise Stefanik and discussed the concerns they have with higher education. Stefanik is currently trying to pass a bill that would make Pell Grants available year-round, which could help these types of students.
