BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo police are looking into whether a dispute led to a man hitting two pedestrians Sunday morning.

Police say 23-year-old Sebastian Rivera veered off the road and hit two women on Crestwood Avenue near Hertel around 3:30 a.m. while drunk.

One of the victims was taken to ECMC while the other went to Kenmore Mercy. There is no word on their conditions.

Rivera faces a number of charges, including DWI, felony assault and aggravated driving without a license.

He's due back in court Tuesday.
