SYRACUSE, N.Y. — One man was arrested Saturday night after a double stabbing in Syracuse.

Officers responded to 127 Light Court around 10:40 p.m. for a domestic incident.

At the scene, they met a 24-year-old woman suffering from a stab wound to the chest and a 28-year-old man with stab wounds in his arm and back.

Officials say the two victims were stabbed by the woman's brother, David Kirby, after an argument.

Both were taken to local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Kirby faces two count of second-degree assault and one count of criminal possession of a weapon.
