UTICA, N.Y. -- A 33-year-old man is charged with second-degree murder for a deadly shooting October 5 at the Cathedral Garden Apartments on Whitesboro Street.
Jahari Brown was arrested 11 days after David Davis was shot. Davis was pronounced dead at the hospital at the age of 35.
Brown is also charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
It's still not clear how many times Davis was shot, or whether he knew the alleged gunman.
