The bipartisan group of congressmembers known as the Problem Solvers Caucus is hoping it will be easier for all members to get their bills to the floor for a vote next year.

The Democrats in the caucus are backing current minority leader Nancy Pelosi's bid for House Speaker in exchange for her supporting some of their suggestions for reducing gridlock.

And even one of the Republican members of the group, Congressman Tom Reed, said he would consider voting for her if enough changes to the current rules are made.
