Under current state law, private schools are not required to report child abuse at the hands of teachers. Now there is proposed legislation to change that. This comes in response to an independent report from a private school in Buffalo. It alleges 10 teachers had inappropriate relations with students dating back to the 1970's, and that school leaders were aware of the behavior but did nothing. Erie County District Attorney John Flynn and state Senator Tim Kennedy talk more about this issue and the proposed legislation.
