A new Siena Research Institute poll to mark Martin Luther King Day finds that 29-percent of New Yorkers say they have experienced unfair treatment because of their race, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation within the past year. And 36-percent of women say they have experienced sexual harassment at work at some point in their careers. Even those who did not say they have experienced discrimination or harassment view it as an issue in the state. 58-percent say race relations are fair or poor. And 74-percent say sexual harassment is a significant problem in the workplace. Siena pollster Steve Greenberg breaks down the numbers.
