High pressure will dominate our weather again today with sunny skies and unseasonably mild conditions. Highs will be in the low to mid 50s, which is at least 15 degrees above average. Tonight will be mainly clear with lows in the mid to upper 30s. Tomorrow will be mild with increasing clouds and a few showers developing late. Highs will be in the low 50s. This will go down as a Top 5 warmest February on record.

Thursday will be cool and damp and rain showers picking up. Daytime highs will be in the low to mid 40s. Rain showers will mix with and change over to wet snow showers Thursday night into Friday. There may even be some slushy accumulation, especially over the higher elevations of the Southern Tier. Any precipitation will taper on Friday with highs back down in the mid to upper 30s.

High pressure will return for the weekend with highs near and in the low 40s.
