We continue to be stuck under this colder pattern with temperatures below average. Mostly clear skies will allow temperatures to drop once again into the teens with some spots near 20 degrees across Rochester and the Finger Lakes. High pressure holds control over the Northeast still on Tuesday with nothing but a few passing clouds and highs cold near 30. The remainder of the week looks dry with no major systems seeming to impact us. Could see some light snow this weekend.
