After a childhood growing up in Texas, Arizona, and Florida, Todd decided he was ready for a life full of snow and changing seasons when he decided to head north for college at SUNY Brockport. Discovering his love of meteorology while in college, Todd hasn't looked back since. Today, Todd is a proud Syracuse resident with almost two decades of upstate New York experience behind him – we think it’s safe to say he’s earned local status.

This Syracuse Press Club Award winner has covered hundreds of impactful weather events, with each one seeming just as meaningful to the next, Todd recalls his 2012 live tornado coverage in Elmira as one of his most memorable.

A garbage plate connoisseur, Todd knows the best spots for the infamous dish. So when he’s at the ballpark, Todd’s go-to is Rochester Red Wings. When he isn’t updating Buffalo on the latest weather forecast, you can find him hiking in one of the many state parks throughout the area with his trusty pup, Dug.
