In Class C1, the boys from Northstar Christian are the top seed for the Section V tournament.

A big reason why is junior Miles Brown, the team's leading scorer and one of four starters averaging double-digit points per game.

If Northstar wants to repeat as sectional champs, they'll likely have to knock off the unbeaten two-seed.

"I think this will be a very interesting class. You know Pembroke is undefeated, I believe they're a very good team that we may have to face going on. It will be a good matchup," said Miles Brown, Northstar Christian Junior.

"Yeah, you know, we've done our homework, we've been around scouting teams out. We have a pretty good game plan coming out. And again, like I said, we're peaking right now with our level of play. My guys are really looking forward to competing and getting after it and seeing how far we can take this thing," said JJ Garwood, Northstar Christian Head Coach.
