A Greece man has been taken into custody after police found an explosive device in a home on Estall Road.
Police recieved a tip about the device around 4 a.m. Wednesday. Shortly after, a shelter-in-place call was sent out to residents while the bomb squad secured the scene.
A 26-year old was later taken into custody.
Police stress that the incident is unrelated to the alleged plot against a Muslim community in the Catskills that resulted in the arrest of four people.
