WATERLOO, N.Y. — State police have identified the man who was shot and killed last Tuesday in Seneca County.
They say Charlie Andrus, 45, of Seneca Falls was fatally shot along with 53-year old Lori McConnell in a Virginia Street home in Waterloo late Tuesday evening. Another woman, 50-year old Karen Zdunko, was also shot, but she was treated and released from the hospital.
Emerson Tohafjian of Waterloo was arrested and charged with two counts of second degree murder.
He was arraigned last Friday and is being held at the Seneca County Jail.
