A brand new laundromat will soon be opening in the village of Clyde after a massive fire destroyed the village's only laundromat last October.
Local businessman Chuck Hinkel says his company is converting an old car wash on Sodus St. into a new laundry depot, just a block north of the former location.
He expects the new laundromat to open in the next few months.
It took more than 100 firefighters to contain last year's fire.
