A youth care professional at Hillside Children's Center in Rochester was arrested following accusations that he abused a teenager in his care. 

Police say 27-year-old Henry Taylor Jr. grabbed and squeezed the victim's neck after pushing the teen down onto a bed.

Taylor was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment. 

He was arraigned in Rochester City Court and posted $600 bail and is due back in court June 6th.

Taylor was fired from his position. 

In response to the arrest, Hillside issued a statement:

"Our Family of Agencies is committed to the safety and well-being of every child, and any suspected or actual offense against a youth is not tolerated. We are in the process of gathering all the facts regarding this reported incident and are prepared to cooperate fully with authorities."
