ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The suspect in a homicide on Sidney Street in Rochester was arraigned Monday.

Theotis Davis, 28, of Rochester, is charged with second-degree murder. He's accused of shooting 26-year-old Willy Curry Saturday night.

Curry was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital where he died.

Police say they believe there was a fight between the two men caused by a "driving dispute," which lead to the shooting.

Police say there could be additional charges presented to a Monroe County Grand Jury.

A vigil was held for Curry on Sidney Street. Family and friends put out balloons and also candles spelling "Will."

Davis pleaded not guilty Monday morning and his being held without bail.
