The driver of the tractor trailer which flipped on Route 490 Monday has been issued a speeding ticket.
New York State Police say 24-year-old Keegan Willies of Leicester was driving above the speed limit when his truck rolled over just past the South Avenue exit on I-490.
The accident caused major delays during Monday's evening commute.
No injuries were reported.
