The University of Rochester professor at the center of a sexual harassment lawsuit will return to the school in the fall, according to a list of available courses posted on the school's website.

Dr. Florian Jaeger is currently on paid administrative leave following accusations of sexual harassment by female students and colleagues.

According to the course description, Jaeger will teach "Adaptive Processes in Speech Perception" in the Brain and Cognitive Sciences department.

The course description says the class will not be offered to freshmen and sophomores.

US attorney, Mary Jo White conducted an investigation and determined that Jaeger crossed ethical lines, but did not break university policies.

The University of Rochester president Joel Seligman stepped down following the release of the report.

The accusers called White's report "inadequate and flawed," arguing that White and her New York City law firm were paid millions by the university for the findings.

The University released a statement saying in par,

"Multiple investigations determined that Professor Jaeger did not violate any laws or University policies, but aspects of his conduct a decade ago were determined to be unprofessional and inappropriate. As a result of these investigations, the University reprimanded him and took other appropriate corrective steps. The Faculty Senate recently censured him, but stopped short of calling for further action. Professor Jaeger has taken responsibility for his actions and apologized."
