ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Investigators are working to figure what caused a house fire that killed a person in Rochester Tuesday night.

Three people were inside a house on Hooker Street when the fire started just after 7 p.m.

Firefighters carried 32-year-old Evan Park from the second floor. He was taken to the hospital where he died.

The two other people in the home were downstairs. They were not injured.

Police taped off the area as investigators started to look for the cause.

"That's yet to be determined," said Amon Hudson, RFD public information officer. "You know we have our task force here and they're investigating. We can't tell you the cause or if it's a crime scene yet."

In addition to a cause they're also looking into exactly where the flame started.
