ROCHESTER, N.Y.  — The Geva Theatre gave folks a look behind the curtain Monday as part of the theatre's annual open house.

Broadway fans got the chances to tour all the key areas for a production, including the dressing rooms, costume storage and prop shop.

Guests were also able to take advantage of the rare opporutinty to take center stage.

Since Geva creates all its own props and costumes in house, theatre officials say it takes a village to put on each show.

"So many of them are so incredibly talented," said Dawn Kellogg, Geave Theatre communications manager. "They're designers, and they're painters, and they're builders. There's just an incredible group of people here to bring all of these productions to life on our stages."

The theatre's current production, titled "The Other Josh Cohen" is being performed through February 4th.
