ROCHESTER,  N.Y. -- A request to dismiss a harassment charge against the former Henrietta town supervisor was denied on Wednesday.

Jill Mangino claims Moore repeatedly drove by her Henrietta home honking his horn.

Her husband is a former town employee and has an ongoing suit against the town regarding alleged workplace incidents.

Mangino says she believes Moore was harassing them as a result of that suit.

Moore told deputies he drives on that road as part of his commute and that he regularly honks his horn to scare off deer.

Moore is due back in Brighton town court on February 12.
