Florida investigators believe a Genesee County native missing for almost three weeks may be a victim of human trafficking.

The mother of 22-year-old Alexis Say says she lives in the Miami area. Say was last seen at North Shore Medical Center on January 23rd.

Her mother says the Pembroke native spent the night at the hospital after having seizure. The next day she was sitting in the lobby waiting for a ride.

That was the last time she was seen.

Alexis' mother describes her daughter as someone who is very trusting and says her kindness could have put her in danger.

The attorney general's Human Trafficking Task Force is offering assistance to the family.

Anyone with any information about her whereabouts is asked to call police.
