There are 11 total Finger Lakes, 11 glistening, wonderful lakes. Seneca Lake is the largest lake, Its very deep; the deepest of the Finger Lakes

"There's enough of a width among the depth of the lake, that you can get speed boats out here," said Jessica Robideua, Finger Lakes Tourism Alliance.

To see people out and really doing these public launches, there's lots of free opportunities for people to get out on the water, or just park their car for a real nominal fee

"It's very peaceful and it's always fun to go tubing and its fun to just see all the different wildlife around. Its calming and you can listen to the waves crashing up on like the rocks and stuff its really nice," said Riley Backus, a boater and high schooler from Midlakes.

There's also the option of staying along the shore and have kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Fishing, Seneca Lake being the Lake Trout capital of the world. Hiking, biking, there is something for everybody.

"Very de-stressing, relaxing, you can look at the water. you can walk the board walk, you can go to the Ramada and listen to music, you can come down to the concert here and listen to music or you can go out on the water on the boat," Waterloo resident Sandy Anderson said.

Whole Bunch of things to do for every type of visitor or local, so getting out on the water whether your swimming or doing a little bit more vigorous activities, there is ton to do here on Seneca Lake. From our North end here in Geneva all the way down to the south end in Watkins Glen.
