ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — It's a moment that will go down in Bills history — cornerback Vontae Davis retiring at halftime during week two's game.

An Orchard Park restaurant wants to know, would you retire halfway through a wings challenge? Answer for yourself — O'Neill's Stadium Inn is having a "Vontae Davis Sauce Challenge."

Contestants get 30 minutes and a side of bleu cheese to finish ten wings — made with a new, spicy sauce — a very spicy sauce. Watch what happened when our reporter Mike Arena tried them:

O'Neill's head chef Joe Raniero says only a dozen people have succeeded so far.

"They're very hot, they also have very good flavor, they're not just a wing that's going to burn your mouth, they're actually enjoyable to eat," Raniero said. "They are very hot, I think I can only eat about two or three of them, but hey, if you're up for the challenge, come on in."

Winners don't have to pay for their order of wings. They also get a free O'Neill's T-shirt and their name on a board.

"It started as a joke and a simple Facebook post overnight blew up and now we're here making the sauce everyday," Raniero said.

The wings were originally made with ghost and habenero peppers, but after about a dozen people finished the challenged Joe Rainero up'd the antee and added Carolina Reapers one of, if not the hottest, peppers in the world.

"Now that we've upgraded the sauce we think we'll have very few," Raniero said.
