SWEDEN, N.Y. — A 32-year-old Hamlin man has been indicted on charges in a deadly crash in the town of Sweden. 

A Monroe county Grand Jury indicted William Kleisle on vehicular homicide, manslaughter assault and drunk driving charges.

Officials from the Monroe County Sheriff's Office say on April 24th Kleisle was driving drunk on Route 31 in Sweden. They say he made a left hand turn into the Walmart parking lot and struck another vehicle.

A passenger in that car, 84-year-old Mary Beh, died at the scene.
