GATES, N.Y. — A one vehicle crash caused an overnight power outage on Monroe county's west side.
A mini-van went off of Spencerport Road near Long Pond Road in Gates, rolled over and snapped a utility pole.
It happened around 12:45 a.m.
RG&E crews were working to repair the pole and restore power to some homes in the area.
Gates police did take one person into custody after the crash.
