TYRE, N.Y. — A Wayne County man is facing felony charges after troopers say he made terroristic threats against the Del Lago casino.

Troopers responded to the casino in Seneca County Monday for the report of a person trespassing on casino property.

There police say they found 47-year-old Scott Furey of Walworth sleeping on a couch in the lobby.

Security told troopers Furey had been banned from the casino in June for engaging in fraudulent gaming activities.

Troopers charged him with a misdemeanor of criminal trespass, but while being processed at the state police barracks, troopers say Furey began making violent threats against the casino.

Police gave him an additional charge of making a terroristic threat, which is a felony.

He's being held in the Seneca County Jail on $20,000 bail or $40,000 bond.
