ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Embattled Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio is scheduled to appear in court next week on another alleged probation violation.
Prosecutor Zachary Maurer says Astacio's probation officer accused her of violating her parole for a prior DWI conviction.
Court documents say Astacio left September 20th for the del Lago Casino and Resort in Seneca County and left a phone message with her probation officer about the trip. That message was not received until the following day.
The officer was quoted as saying, "Permission prior to travel was not given to her."
Astacio is scheduled for arraignment Tuesday.
She continues to collect her more than $170,000 salary.
