NY-27's Republican Representative Chris Collins is going to remain on the ballot, as both he and his lawyers argue 'there's no clear path' for his name to be removed.

Collins was indicted earlier this August along with his son, on charges related to insider trading--

Erie County Republicans have busied themselves with finding a Collins replacement to run aganist Democrat Nate McMurray,

But these latest developments clearly change the election landscape.
