There's been a lot of talk about the state senate returning to Albany for a special session, with Governor Cuomo calling on the Republican majority to vote on the Reproductive Health Act and the deadline for renewing New York City's speed camera's fast approaching.

But one senator is actually calling for his colleagues in the other chamber to return.

Senator Jim Tedisco has been working on a petition for the Assembly to vote on Jacobe's law, a measure aimed at reducing bullying.
