The epic year of corruption trials has begun, with the former aide to Governor Andrew Cuomo up first. Cuomo has referred to Joe Percoco as his father's third son, that's how close they are - or were. Since the charges against Percoco came down, Cuomo has been distancing himself from him. How will this trial impact the governor's re-election campaign and the issue of ethics reform in Albany?
