*Three Up, Three Down is Greg Vorse looking deeper into the week-by-week fantasy rankings to tell you 3 guys ranked 15th or worse who should be in your starting lineup and 3 guys ranked inside the top 10 that he thinks could underachieve.

1 UP) Chris Thompson, RB, Redskins: The new Washington offense with Alex Smith is perfect for Thompson in PPR leagues. He has been a pass catching monster with 19 in two games to go with over 200 total yards and a touchdown. Thompson is a must start at this point and his 17th ranking is low.

2 UP) Will Fuller, WR, Texans: If Fuller and Watson are healthy Will is a top 10 WR. Just look at what he did last week with eight catches for 113 yards and a trip to paydirt. Fuller being ranked as WR 34 is a crime and you should make your opponents pays.

3 UP) Jesse James, TE, Steelers: Continuing the theme of riding the hot hand you should have James penned in at TE. He is coming off of a week where the Steelers needed to pass and he hauled in five receptions for 138 yards and a touchdown. The Bucs could put Pittsburgh back in that spot so take advantage of the 20th rated TE.

1 DOWN) Keenan Allen, WR, Chargers: You need to have him in your lineup, but don't expect the monster numbers you're used to. I mean, he is coming off of a game against the Bills where he only had 12 points. Ranked #8 that's a bit much for a guy playing the Rams defense.

2 DOWN) Jack Doyle, TE, Colts: I repeat what I said in this spot last week "This is more about the timeshare with Ebron stealing so targets and less about Doyle or the matchup." I was right then and I'll be right now. Sit Doyle against the Eagles despite his top ten fantasy ranking.

3 DOWN) Rams D: Okay, you may be asking "how can you have Allen and the Rams D here?" Well I think the Chargers will score, but the Rams will slow down Allen. Avoid those two positions especially when ranked this high (7).

DEEP DIVE: I have hit two walk-off dingers with these so far with James Conner week one and Will Fuller week 2. YOU ARE WELCOME! This week make it 3 for 3 as DeSean Jackson, ranked 37th among WR, goes off against the Steelers in another fireworks who.

UP/DOWN TRACKER: To date I am 8-4-2 or hitting on 64% of my shots against the "experts." Take that to Vegas and "SHOW ME THE MONEY!"

BILLS OUTLOOK:

The Vikings defense is good, the Bills are bad. If you have to start anyone from this offense.... I'm sorry!

*Remember, these are only suggestions, unless your team kills it with my moves and you wanna give a little kick back.
