The UB women's basketball team is still dancing, heading to the program's first ever Sweet 16 after the 11-seed Bulls pulled off back-to-back blowout upsets.

It's been a rebirth for head coach Felisha Legette-Jack, who thought her coaching career may have been over after getting fired by Indiana following a six-win season.

"Passion. Defense. You take it from us, we're coming back and getting it from you. We don't think we're ever out of a game. You can be up by 20, we're going to come at you because it's not about the other team that we're playing. It's about our story and it's about our sisterhood and it's about our foxhole. We refuse to let each other down until that last horn sounds. So when you play against Buffalo, you're going to remember Buffalo," said Legette-Jack, who is in her sixth season with the Bulls.

"When I transferred to UB and saw it up close, it overtook me because I saw the family atmosphere. I saw the family environment. I saw the type of passion coach has. I've been coached by a lot of coaches, but nothing like this energy and this passion that she has. It's unbelievable," said guard Cierra Dillard.

UB faces South Carolina in the Sweet 16 Saturday at 11:30 a.m. in Albany.
