A 19-year-old has been charged with murder in the shooting death of a man last month. 

Jonathen Malone pleaded not guilty in State Supreme Court Monday. 

He's accused of shooting Dimitris Morgan, 26, in the 1300 block of  East Delavan Avenue near Courtland Avenue on March 22. 

If convicted, Malone faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.

At the time, it was the second fatal shooting of the year for Buffalo.
